The Pró-Tamar Foundation focuses on the conservation of marine species in Brazil. The work of the FPT teams aims to recover the populations of four species of sea turtles: olive, hawksbill, loggerhead and leatherback turtles, in addition to the green turtle in Fernando de Noronha (PE) and Trindade (ES). They have been operating on the Brazilian coast since the 1980s with the mission of promoting the recovery of sea turtles, developing research, conservation and inclusion activities. the social.
