Blue Conservancy is an environmental and animal rights non-profit organization that has been involved in the protection of sea turtles in Calabria since 2006. It manages The Brancaleone Sea Turtle Recovery Center which has been active since 2006 and deals with the rescue, treatment and rehabilitation of sea turtles found in difficulty throughout the region, the Strait of Messina and the province.
