Description

The Wellington Marine Conservation Trust's primary aim is “To inspire wise stewardship of New Zealand’s marine ecosystems and resources for present and future generations.” They operate the Island Bay Marine Education Centre (IBMEC) in order for visitors to learn about our local marine environment through live displays of local marine life and exciting, hands-on, interactive formal and informal educational experiences.

The Company

Scubavox is a non-profit initiative with a focus on scuba diving and on marine conservation worldwide. The website includes a global database of marine conservation organizations and groups involved in the protection of the marine environment, and a blog on scuba diving and conservation-related themes.
