Description
Sentinel Ocean Alliance 'creates ocean-based opportunities and provides environmental education for the youth of South Africa’s coastal communities'. Based in the Cape Peninsular, they work with disadvantaged youngsters, teaching them water-based skills and educating about the ocean, with the aim of creating environmental awareness and good citizenship, amongst other benefits.
