Oceana Europe

In line with Oceana's missions around the world, in Europe the mission is to protect the oceans and marine life, via advocacy and campaigns. Since 2003, Oceana has achieved dozens of concrete policy victories for marine life and habitats in Europe, including stopping bottom trawling in sensitive habitat areas, protecting sea turtles from commercial fishing gear, the establishment of marine protected areas and protecting marine life. In Europe there are offices in several countries including Brussels, Copenhagen, Geneva and London, UK.
