Worldrise

Worldrise promotes the protection and enhancement of the marine environment amongst young people. It is a non-profit organisation created by young professionals that develops projects with the aim of developing 'awareness, creativity and education' in the young. By involving 'the new generation', they intend to develop practical and professional knowledge and training of young people who will be the 'future stewards and ambassadors of the Mediterranean natural heritage'. Their projects focus on marine protected areas, exposure to underwater marine life, plastic pollution, sustainable seafood, amongst many others.
